Move Player is designed to be privacy-simple for launch.
The current Move Player app does not require an account, does not show advertising, does not use third-party tracking, and does not collect personal data from the app for analytics or marketing.
Workout progress, saved workouts, app preferences, and session state are intended to stay on your device unless you choose to contact us for support and provide information directly.
Information we do not collect from the app
In the current version of the Move Player app, we do not collect:
- your name or contact details
- precise location
- contacts
- photos or media library
- health records
- payment card details
- advertising identifiers
- analytics events
- workout history on our servers
- messages or chat content
Move Player is not designed to track you across apps or websites.
Information you choose to send us
If you contact support, we may receive your email address and the information you include in your message.
We use this information only to:
- respond to your request
- troubleshoot issues
- improve support and product quality
- meet legal, safety, or App Store requirements
Please avoid sending sensitive health, medical, financial, or identity information unless it is necessary for your request.
App Store purchases
If Move Player offers paid subscriptions or in-app purchases, payments are handled by Apple through the App Store.
We do not receive your payment card details. Apple may provide purchase or subscription status information needed to unlock app features, manage access, process refunds, or provide support.
Website and hosting
When you visit moveplayer.app, our hosting providers may process standard technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as server logs, IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and timestamps.
We do not use this information for advertising or cross-site tracking.
If we add website analytics, newsletters, account systems, or marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy before using them.
Creator content and external services
Move Player may include embedded creator videos, links to creator content, creator websites, social profiles, video platforms, or other third-party services.
When you open or load a third-party website, video player, or service, that service is responsible for its own privacy practices. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any third-party service you use.
Children
Move Player is not directed to children and is not listed as a "Made for Kids" app.
Health and fitness content
Move Player provides workout playback, discovery, and organisation features. It is not a medical or healthcare service.
Move Player does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment advice, rehabilitation plans, or emergency assistance. Stop exercising if something feels unsafe, and consult a qualified professional if you have questions about your health or ability to exercise.
