Terms of Use

Effective date: 16 June 2026

These Terms of Use apply when you access or use Move Player, including the Move Player mobile app and website. By using Move Player, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Move Player is provided by Spidersoft Pty Ltd, an Australian company. Our website is moveplayer.app.

You can contact us through the Support page.

2. Using Move Player

Move Player helps you discover creator-led workouts, save favourites, play structured follow-along sessions, and move consistently. It is designed for general fitness discovery, playback, and personal workout organisation.

You must use Move Player only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

3. Health and safety

Use your own judgment before starting any workout or exercise. Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, discomfort, or anything that does not feel right.

You should seek advice from a qualified health professional before starting or changing exercise if you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant, have concerns about exercise, or are unsure whether an activity is suitable for you.

4. Not medical advice

Move Player does not provide medical, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, healthcare, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or emergency advice.

Workouts, creator content, playback guidance, timers, segments, recommendations, and app features are general in nature and may not be suitable for your individual health, fitness, ability, or circumstances.

5. Your responsibility when exercising

You are responsible for exercising safely and choosing workouts, movements, equipment, intensity, and modifications that are appropriate for your own ability, environment, and circumstances.

Before exercising, make sure you have enough clear space, safe surroundings, suitable footwear or equipment where needed, and no hazards that could cause injury.

6. Accounts and local data

Move Player does not require a user account for its launch version. App data may be stored locally on your device, including saved workouts, followed creators, workout progress, activity history, subscription access state, preferences, and app settings.

Deleting the app may delete locally stored app data from your device, unless iOS, Android, or app settings provide another option.

7. Purchases and subscriptions

Move Player is free to download. New users receive 7 days of unlimited workout starts without requiring a subscription. After that welcome period, free users can start 3 workouts per week.

Move Player Unlimited is an optional paid subscription that unlocks unlimited workout starts while the subscription is active.

Subscription billing, cancellation, renewal, refunds, and payment management are handled through your Apple ID and App Store account, subject to Apple's terms. Move Player does not receive your full payment card details.

8. App Store terms

Your use of the Move Player app may also be subject to Apple's App Store terms, policies, and any applicable Apple end user licence agreement.

If there is a conflict between these terms and Apple's terms for App Store billing, downloads, refunds, subscriptions, or Apple platform rules, Apple's terms may control those Apple-managed matters.

9. Creator content and third-party services

Move Player may include workout videos, creator profiles, creator names, public links, video embeds, external membership links, social profiles, and other third-party content or services.

Creator content is provided for general fitness and entertainment purposes. Unless we clearly say otherwise, creator content, third-party websites, video platforms, and external services are controlled by their respective owners and are subject to their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

If you are a creator and have a question about attribution, profiles, publishing, permissions, or Move Pro, contact us through the Support page.

10. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Move Player, attempt to interfere with its operation, access it in an unauthorised way, copy or reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

You must not use Move Player in a way that infringes another person's rights, misrepresents creator content or attribution, or interferes with another person's use of the app or website.

11. Intellectual property

Spidersoft Pty Ltd owns or licenses Move Player, including the app, website, content, design, branding, images, text, software, and related materials.

You may use Move Player for your personal use in accordance with these terms, but you must not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit our materials unless we give you permission or the law allows it.

12. App availability and changes

Move Player may change over time. We may add, change, limit, suspend, or remove features, workouts, creator profiles, subscriptions, content, or functionality.

The app, website, and related services may not always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

13. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Move Player is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise that the app will meet your particular needs, produce any particular health or fitness result, or be suitable for every user.

You are responsible for deciding whether Move Player, any creator content, and any workout activity is appropriate for you.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Spidersoft Pty Ltd is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on Move Player, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

15. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.

Where we are allowed to limit a remedy under applicable law, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by that law.

16. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Move Player handles information.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Move Player changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate.

If you continue using Move Player after the updated terms take effect, you agree to the updated terms.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and Spidersoft Pty Ltd submit to the courts with jurisdiction in Victoria, Australia, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer laws.
