When contacting us, please include what you were trying to do, what went wrong, your device model, your iOS version, your Move Player app version if available, and screenshots or screen recordings if helpful.

Please avoid sending sensitive health, medical, financial, or identity information unless it is necessary for your request.

We aim to respond as soon as practical.

App availability

Move Player is available on iOS and Android. Features, workouts, subscriptions, and creator content may change as the app evolves.

Subscriptions and purchases

Move Player is free to download. Your first 7 days are unlimited. After that, you can keep training with 3 free workouts per week. Move Player Unlimited unlocks unlimited workout starts.

Subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store and are managed through your Apple ID. Restore Purchases is available in app Settings.

We do not receive your full payment card details.

Workout and content support

Move Player helps you follow structured workout sessions and creator-led content.

If you find a workout issue, missing segment, incorrect title, playback problem, or creator attribution issue, contact support with the workout name and creator name.

Move Player provides workout playback, discovery, and organisation features. It is not a medical or healthcare service.

Stop exercising if something feels unsafe. If you have questions about your health, fitness level, injury risk, pregnancy, medication, or ability to exercise, speak with a qualified health professional before starting.
